During Waystone’s temporary closure, Dustin is rallying folks together for opportunities to hang out and stay connected. This week, we’re grabbing a bite at Dick’s Drive-In in Capitol Hill, then walking or driving to Saint Mark’s Cathedral to listen to the Compline Choir.

The Compline Choir is a choral group that chants sacred music every Sunday night, 9:30 P.M. Pacific time, at St. Mark's Cathedral. Since the 1960’s, it has been notable for its wide appeal to non-religious, spiritual, and religious audiences of all ages. Anyone is allowed to attend entirely for free, and to sit or lay down anywhere in the cathedral.

We’ll meet and eat at Dick’s in Capitol Hill at 8:45, then walk or drive together to Saint Mark’s Cathedral (1 mile away) for the Compline Choir (which starts at 9:30pm). Feel free to join for one or both.

When: Sunday, January 25th, 8:45pm

Where: Dick’s Drive-In (Saint Mark’s Cathedral at 9:20pm)

Parking: Free parking is available at Saint Mark’s Cathedral

Bring: Dress for weather and wear comfy shoes if you plan on walking to or from Dick’s, a blanket and/or pillow if you want to get cozy on the ground at Saint Mark’s.
